you can't identify the nationality of a person who makes such a site because probably the name and address are fake. And even the web server the sites are hosted may be from different countries.

Aha i see, are these webpages 100% fake or are it real people who are making them ? Lol, because i am so freaking interested about pc's and still a noob on these things, you learn me a lot man, thanks again. :D

of course these web sites are created by real people, but using fake names and addresses. The only real information you can find about them is the bank account information where they ask you to send your money , when you buy their software. The authorities can nail them with the info the banks have with them, if someone complains of being cheated by them. Unless someone who has lost money on these sites and complains about it, these sites will remain on the internet

thank you for that input. Look for additional files listed below, which are not mentioned in the video tutorial... (because i was not infected by them...) and delete them if found.
C:\WINDOWS\krln32.exe

C:\WINDOWS\shlext32.exe
c:\WINDOWS\system32\scui.cpl
(copy paste the names of the files during search, so that you do not mistype the names)
