if it tells u to install a anitvirus program for something dont do it cause it wil temporarely turn of the virus and then it wil make it bigger in the back without affecting ur com then in a few days it will burn out ur mother board and u wont be able to turn on ur computer to get rid of it go to offical norton site and download the free 90 day trial and instal it then scan ur com and remove the virus and wen ur trial ends cahnge ur ip and redownlod it
